R. Gregg Mitchell, SRA 
Gregg is a Managing partner with the firm. Gregg served initially as a real estate sales agent, receiving his appraisal license from the State of Nebraska in 1978. President of Mitchell & Associates for more than 20 years, Gregg has personally conducted and supervised valuations of more than 30,000 homes in the metropolitan area. Gregg received his Residential Membership (RM) from the Appraisal Institute in 1987, and his Senior Residential Appraiser certification in 1990. He served on the Appraisal Institutes National Experience Review Board as a national examiner from 1988 through 1996.
A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Nebraska Realtors Association, the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and the Great Plains Multiple Listing Service, Gregg has served on the Board of Directors and as President of numerous organizations. In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors of the Relocation Appraisers and Consultants, an elite national organization; as Executive Board Chairman of the West Council of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the Omaha Chamber of Commerce. He also served on the board of the Omaha Community Playhouse Producers and the Oak Hills Country Club. He currently serves on the Nebraska Real Property Appraiser Board. Rick See 
Rick is a senior partner with the firm. He is a licensed salesman since 1972, Rick joined Mitchell & Associates in 1986, and has been a principal in the firm since 1996. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, the Realtor's Institute, and is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in both Nebraska and Iowa. He has completed hundreds of hours of appraisal education including all of the course work for the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute where he is an Associate Member. In addition, he has taught Appraisal Principles and Practices in numerous local real estate schools.
Rick is currently a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, and is past President and Director of its Commercial Investment Council. His areas of appraisal expertise include all types of commercial property, multi-family residential, industrial, special use, right of way, and Ad Valorum appeals and litigation testimony in Nebraska and Iowa. rick-s@mitchellassociates.com
D. Rick Whitesides, MAI, SRA 
Rick is a General Certified Appraiser for both Nebraska and Iowa, and has earned the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. Rick is a licensed Real Estate Salesman since 1971 and was formerly with Occidental Nebraska Federal Savings Bank where his responsibilities included appraisal management. He became a principal in the firm in 1996.
Currently Vice President and Education Chairman of the Nebraska Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors. Experienced in all areas of appraisal including multi-family, residential, commercial, industrial, vacant land, special purpose properties, and single family homes, Rick has successfully completed projects for mortgage loans, condemnation, litigation, and asset management purposes. W. Bruce Wilkie 
Bruce is a partner with the firm. He is a third generation Real Estate professional; Bruce started his real estate career in 1976 as a licensed salesman. He is a graduate from the University of Nebraska with a specialization in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. Bruce stated his appraisal career in 1984 and joined Mitchell & Associates in 1993 as a residential real estate appraiser. He has been a principal in the firm since 2000. His primary focus is on residential, relocation and small income property appraising and consulting. He has served as an expert witness in numerous court cases. A Certified Residential Appraiser, Bruce is on the FHA panel of approved real estate appraisers.

Beth Andersen 
Beth is a partner with the firm. A Certified Residential Appraiser, Beth joined Mitchell & Associates in 1990. Having worked in both the commercial and residential departments, her experience ranges from multi-family and single family appraisals to raw land, industrial, office, motels, subdivision analysis, and feasibility studies.
Beth is an FHA approved appraiser specializing in multi-family and single family home appraisals. She is a member of the Omaha Area Board of Realtors, the Women's Council of Realtors, and the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce Networking Group. beth@mitchellassociates.com
